MIL Sistemika Key Partner in Advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Project

MIL Sistemika, in partnership with Arctur, plays a pivotal role in a significant contract for the development of an advanced unmanned aerial vehicle. This project, aimed at enhancing EU defense capabilities, was signed by the State Secretary for Defense, Dr. Damir Črnčec, and Arctur Director, Tomi Ilijaš.

The investment is a part of the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) initiative led by Austria, with additional participation from Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary. MIL Sistemika’s contribution is integral to the development of a drone equipped with cutting-edge technology for identifying CBRN situations in contaminated areas.

This project aligns with Slovenia’s ambitious funding plan for defense technology development, with 13 million euros allocated this year and 23 million euros earmarked for the next year. MIL Sistemika’s involvement signifies our dedication to fostering innovation and security as a recognised champion company in this sector.
